1. Can you state a preference at time of booking?
You can state your preference. We cannot guarantee it, however we will do our best to satisfy your request.
2. Is it possible to know the number of the facility/pitch booked?
The number and location of the lodging / pitch will be communicated upon arrival.
3. When must the due balance be paid?
The balance is to be paid on the spot, one day before departure.
4. What happens in case of cancellation of the stay?
In case of cancellation of the stay less than 30 days before the arrival, the deposit shall be fully withheld.
5. Is it possible to arrive one day after the booked date or leave before the booked departure date?
In case of early departure or late arrival the booked period shall be completely paid.
6. What time would it be possible to receive the lodging keys on the day of arrival?
The keys are guaranteed from 5:00pm. However, it is possible to arrive before that time, check in and use all the facilities in the campsite, leaving the bags in the specific luggage room.
7. Is it possible to arrive during the night?
In case of late arrivals the keys for the lodging will be given by the night keepers. After 11:00 pm, the car must be left in the car park by the entrance.
8. Is check-out cleaning included in the price?
Check-out cleaning is not included in the price. Guests may clean the property by themselves or pay €30. Payment of check-out cleaning is mandatory for departures away from the reception opening hours (10:00pm to 8:00am).
9.  Are linen and towels included in the price? Is it possible to bring sheets and towels from home?
Linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests may bring their own or rent them at the front desk when checking in. The rental cost is:
  • €8 single set/change
  • €11 double set/change
  • €4 towels set/change
  • €10 beach towels set
10. How many cars are allowed for each accommodation?
Only one vehicle is allowed for each accommodation. A second vehicle can be parked for free at the entrance, in the car park next to the reception.
11. Is it possible to use the WIFI connection in the campsite?
In some areas of the campsite it is possible to make use of Wi-Fi Internet connection upon payment at the reception. Also, there is an Internet Point.
12. Is it possible to rent bikes in the campsite?
In our campsite bikes can be rented at a special shop.
13. When do pools open/close?
The pools are opened around Easter and closed from mid-September. In case of good weather, closure will be postponed. The opening of the pools is at the discretion of the Management and subject to weather conditions.
14. Is it compulsory to wear headsets in the pool?
Wearing headsets is compulsory only in one of the pools.
15. Are animals allowed at the campsite?
Animals are not allowed at our campsite.
16. Are motorcycles allowed at the campsite?
Motorcycles are not allowed at our campsite. They can be parked for free in the car park at the entrance near the reception.
17. Is it possible to check out away from the opening hours of the reception?
It is possible to check out from 10:00pm to 8:00 under a previous agreement with the reception. In this case, payment of check-out cleaning (€30) is mandatory. The deposit shall be given back by the keepers once keys are handed back.
